Job Description
This recruiter position will manage all external hires types (interns/students, college graduates, technical graduates, temporary positions and experienced hires) for corporate groups based in US and Canada. Recruiters are responsible of delivering quality of hire to increase the capability of hiring managers to secure the best talent, and develop a culture of recruiting at Intel. Recruiters are influential partners and consultant to the business. They bring insights and expertise, spend time building and maintaining their network, and influence the business on all-things related to talent acquisition.

Additional responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

Consult with business group’s customers to deeply understand their business strategies, talent needs, formulate recruitment plans, writing and assess job descriptions.

Use labor market data and knowledge of talent pools to develop sourcing plans and strategies. Translate these elements to a fact based recommendation to influence the hiring team, manager or internal stakeholders on talent plans to support Intel’s business needs.

Hold strategy meeting with the hiring manager to present talent insights and a tester slate to pre-close the on candidate’s requirements, set expectations and agree on mutual service level agreements.

Align our sourcing colleagues on hiring requirements for all candidates (from pipeline or external sources).

Present final slate to the hiring manager, agree on interviews and coordinate the process with our talent coordinator colleagues.

Coach the hiring team on interviewing best practices, lead a debrief meeting to make a hiring decision, and deliver the job offer to the successful candidate.

Act as the first point of contact for the business managers on day-to-day recruitment activities.

This is temporary position for a 12 month contract.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must meet the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.

3+ years of experience managing external recruiting activities at transnational companies or head hunting agencies serving US and Canada

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Advanced English communication skills, both spoken and written

Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing experienced requisitions and/or hiring processes intended to hire senior individual contributors and/or director roles

Proficient in the use of Workday or other enterprise level applicant tracking system (ATS)

Basic knowledge on Agile methodologies, i.e. use of Kanban boards and daily stand ups sessions

Experience in negotiation, consulting and influencing senior management levels

Technology industry knowledge about US talent market availability, trends and talent competitors activities

Knowledge of MS Teams
